This valued patient at one time had a full mouth reconstruction done in another dental office. Every tooth was either crowned or replaced with a bridge.

Over time, with difficult circumstances, the patient did not adequately care for the extensive dental work. As a result, his oral condition got substantially worse. The bone support for the teeth was compromised. Much decay was present.

Numerous options were presented for care. Upon careful consideration of features associated with each option, this patient opted to get all teeth removed and to have dentures placed. He wanted his version of the smile makeover.
